As a Vice President, Product Manager for Small Business Credit Cards at JPMorganChase, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for millions of small business customers. You will lead a team of product managers and a cross-functional squad – including designers, data scientists, and engineers – to deliver innovative solutions that improve the cardholder experience. As the customer's advocate, you will partner closely with internal teams to turn insights into features and customer experiences that drive business growth and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

7+ years of experience in product management in high-volume, data-rich environmentsDemonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate insights into products Strategic thinker with experience making trade-off decisions and connecting details to the bigger picture

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in financial services especially cards, wallets, or paymentsExperience launching new products in account management, spend management, or payment enablementFamiliarity with APIs and agile environmentsProficiency in SQL and/or experience with data analysis tools
