Job Description:
**Role Summary/Purpose:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud to lead our implementation and support team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, integration, and technical delivery, and day-to-day system support of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful ERP deployments that meet business objectives and technical standards.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
+ Manage all aspects of the technical lifecycle including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of onshore & offshore developers & consultants.
+ Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud Technical Architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
+ Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud modules and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware technologies.
+ Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and deliver effective solutions.
+ Define and enforce technical standards, documentation, and governance policies.
+ Collaborate with functional leads to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
+ Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades.
+ Stay updated with Oracle ERP Cloud enhancements, updates, and emerging technologies.
+ Drive root cause analysis and ensure consistently high availability for the business to ensure they meet their objectives.
+ Identify new opportunities to drive system improvements and simplifications through innovation.
+ Build strong teams of technical resources, motivate resources, and retain critical skills.
+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
+ Proven experience (10 years) as a technical consultant or developer specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud, &/or 10 years leading development/support in Oracle EBS.
+ Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP including Financials (General Ledger, Payables, Assets), Procurement, and HCM, with ERP Cloud experience is desirable.
+ Expertise in development in standard Oracle functionality, REST/SOAP web services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and related technologies.
+ Hands-on experience in Oracle PaaS services, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, Application Framework, and Java is highly desirable.
+ Experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end ERP implementations.
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Oracle certifications related to Oracle ERP are a plus.
+ **Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required**
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Experience with Agile methodologies.
+ Familiarity with Cloud migration strategies and post-implementation support.
+ Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Grade/Level: 12**
The salary range for this position is **135,000.00 - 230,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
**Eligibility Requirements:**
+ You must be 18 years or older
+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
