VP, Network Audio

The Televisa Univision Network Audio Division is seeking a talented Sales VP to join its Network Audio team. This is a great career opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team. We are looking for someone with a proven record of revenue generation and a deep interest and passion for Terrestrial Audio, Digital Audio, Podcasting and Experiential. We want someone who loves our product and knows how to sell creative solutions for clients and partners.

Job Responsibilities

Sell audio assets and content in order to grow advertising revenues by creating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and clients directlyCultivate relationships and service new and existing key accounts to increase revenueLook for opportunities to develop monetization solutions for clients, and ensure clients receive superior customer service.Work across multiple agency departments, i.e: TV, Audio, Digital, Business Development and Asi Studios to deliver successful campaignsFocus on consultative brand selling, educating and inspiring our clients to use Uforia Podcasts to enhance their businessMeet and exceed advertising revenue goalsAttend weekly and monthly sales meetings/trainings as requiredRepresent Televisa Univision at events and serve as a brand ambassador, communicating our core narratives and reinforcing the strong position Televisa Univision and Uforia holds in the marketplaceAccurate forecasting, reporting daily and weekly and timely insights about your business and customers is vital.Work closely with support staff and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all campaignsTravel Required

Require Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field (or High School Diploma / GED and 9 years of comparable experience)Minimum of 5 years media sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and driving YOY growth and a demonstrated track record in closing new businessStrong negotiation skills: have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively and close the dealAbility to build, manage and close a pipeline of prospects, and proven track record of exceeding goalsProficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and WordExceptional written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impact communications presenting in front of a client

Desired Skills & Experience

Dynamic personality with ability to work well with others in a team environmentGood interpersonal and organizational skills as well as ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesDrive and passion to succeed in a fast-paced sales environmentFluency in Spanish (read and write) is a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated experience in audio and digital advertising and ability to work and sell in a fast-paced, changing environment

Must be willing to work in our NYC LocationEmployment/education will be verifiedMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesTime flexibility required to interact with people in different geographical locations, and work extended hours, sometimes on short notice due to project deadlines and to attend after-hours client eventsAbility to travel nationwide to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars and industry events

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.

Base pay Range - $120,000 to $190,000 + Bonus + benefits
