**About The Role:**
The Vice President, M&A Integration will play a key role in the strategic development and operational execution of best-in-class M&A practices across diligence and integration. The position will report to the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and drive excellence in support of confirmatory diligence and integration efforts globally. This individual will support diligence and lead integration activities working collaboratively with key stakeholders and senior executives on M&A transactions.
This business-critical role requires demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale, complex deal related due diligence; post-merger integration and divestiture programs (acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and/or carve-outs); and collaboratively addressing integration challenges with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
This role is central to the corporate strategy and will require strong strategic planning, exceptional judgment, strong operational execution, and effective collaboration.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Support M&A due diligence and drive integration efforts across the company.
+ Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and senior executives being both pragmatic and structured.
+ Identify and clarify issues, risks, and opportunities and drive appropriate options and resolutions, articulating in a balanced way the tradeoffs of various approaches. Drive resolution of most issues, while identifying and appropriately escalating issues that require senior leadership input.
+ Develop and continuously refine diligence and integration strategy taking into account the size, complexity, and risk of each transaction.
+ Mobilize and lead virtual teams and manage schedule and deliverables.
+ Facilitate connections and resolve cross-functional issues and prioritization conflicts during M&A transactions.
+ Build strong working relationships with senior leadership at the newly acquired organization, ensuring you become a leader they can trust and partner with. Inspire teams that may have never collaborated before to work toward a shared goal.

+ 12+ years of relevant experience. Global or multinational business experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
+ Outstanding program, process, and project management skills.
+ Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
+ Experienced people manager, able to ensure a high-performing team.
+ Experience in roles with exposure to multiple business functions (e.g., technology, human resources, finance, tax, legal, compliance, risk) is a plus.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to influence and build credibility, with an emphasis on being collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible.
+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VP, M&A Integration position is $380,000 annually and the maximum salary for the VP, M&A Integration position is $425,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, location and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
