Voter Services Specialist

Our client, a leader in civic engagement, is seeking a Voter Services Specialist to join their team. As a Voter Services Specialist, you will be part of the Voter Services department supporting the community in navigating the electoral process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Voter Services Specialist
**Location:** Tampa, FL
**Pay Rate:** $17/hr.
**Shift:** Standard 8:00am – 5:00pm with the availability to work earlier, later, and weekends
**What's the Job?**
+ Processes voter record changes and updates.
+ Responds to voter inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
+ Assists in maintaining accurate voter information and records.
+ Collaborates with team members to achieve departmental goals.
+ Performs other duties as required to support the department.
**What's Needed?**
+ 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience, or an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year college or university.
+ Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
+ Ability to use a computer and adapt to various software programs.
+ Strong typing skills with attention to detail when entering data.
+ Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
