Job Description:
The Volunteer Student Coordinator plans, coordinates, and oversees student volunteer programs serving both high school and college participants. The role manages seasonal sessions, recruitment, screening, placement, scheduling, orientation/training, and ongoing engagement; ensures compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements; and collaborates with clinical and non-clinical departments to align student roles with service needs and learning objectives.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's DegreeThree years of related experiencePreferred Requirements:
Demonstrated commitment to volunteerism and service learning. Demonstrated leadership initiative and ability. Familiar with the various disciplines provided in an acute care setting. Demonstrated commitment to excellence in all facets of work. Familiar with the various human resource components of volunteer managementBenefits:
