Responsibilities:

Survey Design and Planning

Possess knowledge of survey programming platformsCollaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the survey programDevelop the roadmap for the survey initiatives aligned with business needsDevelop the survey questionnaire, including question design, sequencing and formatting

Project Management

Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, key milestones, in alignment with the Program ManagerCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of surveysMonitor and track responses and identify any measure to improve response rate

Data collection & Analysis

Ensure accurate and unbiased data collectionAnalyze survey response to extracts insights and trendsAnalyze themes and sub themes and use AI tools like Thematic, eClerx for broader insightsEnsure the metrics in dashboard are refreshed and up to date

Reporting and Actionable insights

Create reports and presentations summarizing the key areasCreate comprehensive reports and visualizations to present the findings to the stakeholdersWork with CLCA team to identify the improvements needed

Stakeholder Communication

Work with the stakeholders to and Program Manager to align survey goalsRegularly update stakeholders on the progress and findings of the survey.Communicate findings with leadership team and provide recommendations

Quality Assurance and Continuous improvement

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the survey dataPerform data validation and cleaning to prepare the data for analysisOptimize surveys based on feedback and best practicesStay updated with industry trends and best practices in survey research and data analysis

Management Level Definition:

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 2-3 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages. Knowledge on integration of survey tools and other tools like SFDC, SQL and others, using API and JSON is added advantageAble to handle projects independentlyGood analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.Good written and verbal communication skillsMastery in English and local language.Willing to work in a complex program driving customer and partner experience.Demonstrated curiosity in understanding what really matters to our customersStrong analytical aptitude problem solving, logical reasoningGood interpersonal skills and team-player attitudeAbility to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and negotiate optionsStrong knowledge in data analytics and reporting out insights
