Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end delivery of analytical use cases: requirement understanding, data analysis, backend preparation, visualization creation, optimization, and stakeholder validation. Work directly with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, define KPIs, and translate business problems into analytical and visualization solutions. Perform data analysis and exploration to identify patterns, trends, and exceptions prior to visualization. Prepare and engineer backend logic including: Design, build, and maintain high‑quality Power BI dashboards and reports that follow visualization best practices and data storytelling principles. Drive Power BI dashboard and report optimization, including: Own Power BI dataset and model performance optimization, including: Manage and optimize Power BI workspaces, including: Implement governance and security controls such as RLS, sensitivity labels, and access policies. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to align cured data products with analytical and visualization needs. Clearly communicate insights, assumptions, limitations, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Support deployment, operational readiness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of BI solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Strong expertise in Power BI, covering report development, semantic modeling, DAX, and workspace management. Proven experience in dashboard, dataset, and workspace performance optimization. Solid capability in data analysis and translating analytical findings into meaningful insights. Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytical querying. Strong understanding of: Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, and Azure‑based BI ecosystems. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑facing skills, with the ability to explain insights, logic, and trade‑offs clearly. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive analytical solutions end to end. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
