Support Strategic Merchandising Initiatives with Precision and Impact
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Merchandising Planner to support the development and execution of key merchandising initiatives. This contractor role is critical in ensuring that merchandising strategies are translated into accurate, actionable plans that drive successful implementation across the business.
You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality merchandising outputs that align with documented strategies, business priorities, and project timelines.
What You’ll DoDevelop comprehensive merchandising plans that support major company initiatives, including Delorean, Flooring Reflow, and Decor Reflow.Translate strategic documentation into clear, executable merchandising plans and layouts.Ensure all deliverables are accurate, organized, and completed within established timelines.Collaborate with teams across merchandising, planning, space, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise plans as needed to meet strategic and operational requirements.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve merchandising accuracy and efficiency.What You BringFoundational experience or education in space planning, merchandising, design, retail planning, or related fields.Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD or similar space‑planning software.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to interpret strategic direction and translate it into clear, actionable plan sets.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.A high level of accuracy, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.Top SkillsSpace PlanningMerchandising PlanningDesign/Layout SupportAutoCADExperience LevelEntry Level

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
