Visual Space Planner
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visual Space Planner with at least 2 years of relevant experience to support the creation and execution of merchandising plans aligned with documented strategies and key business priorities. This role ensures accurate, timely, and actionable merchandising outputs that support successful initiative execution across the organization.

Scope of Work

The Visual Space Planner will support end-to-end space planning and merchandising activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into clear and execution-ready plans. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and competency in visual and spatial planning tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive visual and spatial merchandising plans supporting initiatives such as Delorean, Flooring Reflow, and Décor Reflow.Translate documented strategies into clear, executable merchandising layouts and plans.Ensure all plans are delivered with accuracy and within required timelines.Collaborate with cross-functional partners (merchandising, planning, space, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives.Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make revisions to ensure plans meet strategic and operational needs.Required SkillsSpace PlanningVisual Merchandising PlanningDesignAutoCADStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTop SkillsSpace PlanningPlanner/Visual Layout ExperienceDesign AcumenAdditional QualificationsExperience using AutoCAD or similar design/planning softwareAbility to interpret and implement documented merchandising strategiesExperience LevelMinimum 2 years of experience in space planning, visual merchandising, store planning, or related fields.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mooresville, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
