Job DescriptionAs a Visual Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales and profit within your market by crafting and executing a visual presentation strategy that delivers an outstanding customer experience aligned with our global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in setting, implementing, and monitoring global visual goals to ensure a compelling and consistent customer experience through visual merchandising.Work closely with the OMNI team to tailor global visual guidelines locally and oversee their execution via regular store visits.Lead the implementation of visual routines such as sample selection and planning, and provide training to ensure clear, stylish garment presentation across all stores in your market.Set measurable goals and action plans based on current visual standards, communicating these effectively with the Omni Manager and Head of Visual.Stay informed on current fashion trends, visual merchandising guidelines, styling techniques, and competitor activities to anticipate and meet customer needs.Support brand growth by identifying and nurturing future visual merchandisers and assisting with expansion planning through strategic visual merchandising.Inspire and educate the OMNI and store teams on seasonal fashion updates through engaging kick-offs and store visits.

What you need to succeed
Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion apparel industry. Excellent English and Mandarin language skills, both verbal & writtenStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsFashion awarenessProven organizational, analytical and decision making abilitiesBusiness minded and customer orientedFlexible and Persistent•Excellent communication skills
