Strategic Leadership & Innovation • Own the complete design vision and execution strategy for Kitchen's merchandising presence across Amazon's platform • Pioneer the integration of AI in creative processes, leading both generative design initiatives and analytics-driven optimization • Drive innovation in visual merchandising that directly impacts customer experience and business metrics • Develop scalable design systems that balance creativity, efficiency, and performance 2.
