Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Vision Systems Technician I to join our dynamic team. This role offers competitive hourly rates and shift premiums, with opportunities for both day and night shifts. The position involves working with advanced vision systems and requires a strong technical skill set.
Responsibilities
Operate and troubleshoot Omron or Keyence stand-alone vision controllers.Utilize PC-based inspection systems for troubleshooting vision systems, including I/O boards, encoders, light controllers, and modules.Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on relay logic and control components such as photo eyes, proximity sensors, and limit switches.Work with motion systems, including servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers, and encoders.Conduct basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Understand and modify inspection logic and flow, and control system documentation.Follow machine maintenance procedures and solve problems using root cause analysis.Document incident responses and follow-ups effectively.Adapt and troubleshoot efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential Skills
Experience with Omron or Keyence vision controllers.Familiarity with PC-based inspection systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience with automation systems and HMI interfaces.Experience working with I/Os or lighting systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in coding, computer programming, HMIs, or Cyber Security.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to interpret and modify control system documentation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is a large, meticulously clean, and temperature-controlled environment with bright lighting. Expect to walk extensively across the plant, including a dry room where specific attire such as garb and beard net, if applicable, is required. We are committed to the 5S3K methodology, ensuring a structured and organized workplace. Openings are for day shift (6am - 6pm) and night shift (6pm - 6am) on a rotating schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.
The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
