M-F 8a-5p (34 patient contact hours weekly) 6 hours admin time.

Pay Range

$46.55 - $69.85

Atrium Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing wellness hub.  The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offerings such as sleep health and cognition. 

Highlights of the position: 

Schedule: 4-10hr Shifts, weekdays only 

Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach 

Virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients 

Support with multi-state licensing

3+ years of experience in Weight Management preferred 

Obesity Medicine Certification is required
