(VIP/Platinum Support Technician) The VIP support technician is responsible for providing in-person and remote technical support for executives. This role provides white glove support and customer services, to ensure the executives are satisfied with their IT support. This role is responsible for the VIP user experience for the services NTT DATA delivers to them. **Position Overview:** + Provide onsite in person technical support for VIP users, with high level of customer service. + Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area. + Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters.
