Vietnam Marketing & Partnerships Manager

About the Position

A Crimson Marketing Manager Vietnam is responsible for strategizing and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives through content creation and localization, local partnership outreach and strategic planning - for Crimson Education in Vietnam.

Marketing Content: 

Generate marketing ideas and own marketing initiatives. Driving quality leads into consultations with the local sales team.

Copywriting tasks in both English and Vietnamese, including, social media ads, EDM campaigns, print collateral and event descriptions.

Localize global campaigns and other marketing materials into English and Vietnamese to suit Vietnamese tastes.

 Manage and grow Crimson’s following on organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Email and Tik Tok, and others.

Work closely with HQ and regional sales and marketing teams to create impactful and effective offline and online campaigns (including digital marketing ads to promote our events and services, creating local messaging and content assets that successfully engage and convert targeted prospects).

Work closely with the digital team to tailor online content, landing pages, social posts, ads and EDMs to promote local events and initiatives.

Alongside local marketing and sales, monitor leads and conversion from marketing across all channels (events, PR, social, owned media content, emails, SEO and more) with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behavior and user experience.

Marketing Partnerships: 

Drive partnerships, sponsorships, and work with KOLs to generate quality leads

Drive Crimson talks and services in schools, tutoring centers, businesses 

Spearhead, and drive Crimson’s work with governmental bodies 

 

Skills and experience we are looking for: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ideally in the field of marketing, business, PR, communications, journalism or English. 

5-7+ years of prior experience in areas of integrated branding, communications, digital marketing, PR, copywriting or branding. 

Strong storytelling skill and ability to connect emotionally with target prospects.

Basic understanding of how paid digital advertising works on Google, Facebook and other social media platforms.

Proficiency in English and Vietnamese and ability to speak these languages idiomatically—strong command of writing in both English and Vietnamese is required.

Knowledge of Vietnamese local marketing channels and partnership organizations for pursuing higher education overseas.

Basic understanding of the US/UK undergraduate application process.

Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world. 

Comfort around information asymmetry and diving into unknown territories
