As a Video Production Specialist in Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will play a key role in developing creative storytelling approaches and managing a variety of platforms and programs, including digital signage, broadcast news, informational video, and event activations. You will help shape how we inform and inspire our employees, working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Job responsibilities
Lead and serve as the primary resource for all video, photography, and editing needs for internal communicationsShoot and edit high-quality video content for firmwide initiatives and campaignsOversee the production process from pre-production planning through to final deliveryManage camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording for diverse projectsSupport technical aspects of video production across multiple platformsLead multimedia projects from concept to completionStay current with trends in video production and editing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong videography and photography skillsExperience operating DSLR and video camerasAdvanced video editing proficiencyExperience with professional lighting techniques and equipmentKnowledge of sound recording, editing, and audio post-productionUnderstanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder; After Effects) or similar tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
