Video Marketing Specialist
Capture the moment. Tell the story. Amplify the athlete. What You’ll Do You’ll lead the creation of high-impact video content that brings Prep Network events and athletes to life across our social and digital platforms. You’ll film at showcases and tournaments, capture highlights and interviews, and own the full edit process — delivering platform-optimized videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and web. You’ll produce a consistent weekly cadence of short- and long-form content, build repeatable shoot-to-publish workflows, and turn raw footage into fast, engaging, vertical-first edits that grow reach and athlete visibility. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, Creative, and Event Ops, you’ll help plan content, maintain clean media libraries, and continuously test new formats and trends. If you are a fast, creative sports storyteller who can shoot, edit, and ship without hand-holding, and you love turning live event moments into scroll-stopping content, you will thrive in our fast environments.
