Job Summary:
As a Vice President Ultimate Rewards Program Management in the Ultimate Rewards team, you will play an integral role in the strategic direction, development, and execution of the Ultimate Rewards program. Your work will drive customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction through innovative rewards offerings, seamless program operations, and cross-functional leadership. You will also collaborate with teams across the business to deliver program initiatives and ensure the program remains competitive and valuable. Job responsibilities:

Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Ultimate Rewards program, aligning value proposition with business goalsIdentify and implement new features, customer experiences, and partnerships to enhance program valueLead cross-functional teams (finance, product, marketing, analytics) to deliver program initiativesManage day-to-day operations of the Ultimate Rewards program for a seamless customer experienceCollaborate on program budgets, financial performance, and KPIs in partnership with finance and Card teamsMonitor and manage program expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimizationAnalyze customer data and market trends to inform program enhancements and personalization strategiesDrive member acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns and communicationsEnsure program compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesIdentify and mitigate program risksFoster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred5-7+ years of experience in loyalty/rewards program management, preferably in financial services or consumer productsProven track record of developing and/or managing loyalty programsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to own ambiguous projects and operate in a complex, highly matrixed environmentExperience translating detailed insights into actionable, data-driven strategiesAbility to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, gain buy-in, and drive outcomesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing multiple, large-scale projects and cross-functional teamsGrowth mindset and collaborative approach

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to loyalty programsExperience in loyalty/rewards program management, strategy, or related fieldStrong financial acumen with experience managing large budgetsStrong presentation and stakeholder management skillsExperience with developing and executing program cost optimizations Experience with analyzing customer data analysis and personalization strategiesAbility to adapt to changing business needsTrack record of fostering positive team culture
