As the Strategic Operations Vice President within the Center for Financial Growth & Innovation (CFGI), you will play a key role in supporting and executing firmwide financial health strategies. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate performance reporting, assist with resource planning, and support leadership with business reviews and executive communications. Reporting through the Consumer Bank, this role provides significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to advance financial health outcomes for consumers, businesses, and communities.
Job Responsibilities
Define and deliver key operating cadences for CFGI, ensuring effective execution of key initiatives and business priorities.Support the implementation of financial health strategies and innovative programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Prepare and analyze performance reports to inform decision-making and track progress against goals.Assist with, project management, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency.Support senior leadership with business reviews, executive presentations, and communications.Conduct research and analysis on financial health trends, products, and policy developments to support strategic recommendations.Foster a collaborative team environment and contribute to the professional development of team members.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, business management, program management, or consulting fields.Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Experience supporting or leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.Ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across business lines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.Knowledge of financial products, industry trends, and policy developments.Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
Experience in consumer financial services, product innovation, or policy analysis.Prior roles supporting financial health, consumer banking, or related fields.Experience working in a matrixed organization.
