Job responsibilities
Support the Privacy Incident Program across multiple lines of business, including Consumer and Community Banking, Corporate Functions, Asset Management, and Wealth Management. Direct the development and execution of key performance indicators, trend analyses, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement. Champion efficiency initiatives by leveraging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and Python to streamline privacy operations. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader throughout project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to insight generation and solution deployment. Lead data enrichment initiatives to support privacy incident investigations, with a focus on Severity 1 cases. Ensure comprehensive and accurate data for critical decision-making during privacy incidents. Collaborate across all organizational levels to address data requirements for Severity 1 incidents and incident management. Facilitate effective communication and timely resolution of privacy issues. Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate and timely results. Establish and manage relationships with internal clients and partners. Enhance the effectiveness of privacy operations through continuous process improvement.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field. 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, product management, or a similar role. 5 years of hands-on development experience with relational databases (RDBMS), with advanced proficiency in SQL and Oracle. Proven ability to manage analytics solutions and delivery within complex organizational structures. Expertise in data analysis, including data extraction, transformation, and interpretation for business decision-making. Proficiency in analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving skills, with experience designing and implementing effective solutions and driving consensus. Ability to engage and communicate confidently with senior leaders to foster collaboration and informed decision-making.
