As a Product Manager in Service Product Group, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience through feedbackSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development and release schedule.Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementSkilled in writing comprehensive test cases, including edge cases, for all the identified use casesMust have the ability easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes and ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to bothDemonstrated ability to design and develop detailed flowcharts that effectively illustrate information architecture, system interactions, and process flows.Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; proficient skills in communicating ideas both written and verbalTechnical proficiency and understanding of software development methodologies, with experience in APIs and cloud conceptsDefine product vision and strategy.Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and architecture (QUAD)Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience, ideally in project management, process re-engineering, strategy, or customer-centric functions and working with global teamsExperience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle; advanced knowledge of using tools like Confluence and JIRAProven track record of delivery and new product feature creation; effective communicator with excellent written communication skills including requirements writingFamiliarity with the business services and offerings associated with financial services and understanding of the financial services industry and Regulatory, Legal, and Risk environments
