 As a Product Delivery Manager in Secure Insights - Innovative Intelligence team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.  This position will be aligned to the Secure Insights – Innovative Intelligence data and analytics AI/ML product. 
 Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Create solutions that enhance product delivery and customer experiences while identifying opportunities for optimization and implement improvements and leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.Achieve delivery goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams while providing leadership and guidance to team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Focus on enhancing and optimizing customer experiences and ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordinglyAbility to adapt to changing environments and requirements with a willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsUnderstanding of AI/ML technologies and data analytics.
