Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Clinical Operations will join our Procare Unlimited team in Southfield, MI, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will lead clinical operations, strengthen program performance, and support teams delivering essential services to individuals receiving Innovations Waiver or State-Funded supports. You’ll guide operational excellence, ensure quality outcomes, and play a key role in our continued growth across Michigan. Key Responsibilities + Hire, train, and develop the program-level management team. + Build strong relationships with contracted partners and position the Procare Unlimited brand for continued success. + Monitor and drive performance metrics related to clinical operations and service delivery. + Lead onboarding and operational rollout of new business acquisitions and program launches. + Ensure all programs meet or exceed established budgets and revenue targets. + Conduct internal quality control visits and quarterly audits within the region. + Oversee payer and state reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective actions. + Participate in QA/QI and HRC processes to uphold client rights and support continuous improvement. + Develop and submit clinical field updates for policy and handbook revisions. + Evaluate Regional Managers and Program Directors across the footprint. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred. + At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare; HCBS experience strongly preferred. + Highly driven, organized leader who aligns with our mission, vision, and values. + Strong attention to accuracy and detail. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with shifting priorities. + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams. + Understanding of ISP implementation, task analysis, and goal writing. + Knowledge of Medicaid and third-party billing requirements. Compensation & Benefits Base pay is determined by work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may also include additional forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on day 60, and 401(k) eligibility after 12 months.
