We combine the agility of a growth-stage company with the reach and resources of a global enterprise. We are seeking a **transformational, data-driven, and results-oriented** Vice President of Digital Marketing to serve as the senior marketing leader for UPS Digital. This role sits on the business unit leadership team, reporting directly to the President of UPS Digital, and will be accountable for building and scaling marketing strategies that fuel growth across two fronts: + **Core Business** – Expanding our established regulated insurance and financial services portfolio. + **Emerging Business** – Accelerating adoption of high-growth SaaS and Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) offerings. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will design, execute, and continuously optimize modern marketing capabilities, working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment while partnering closely with UPS’s corporate brand and marketing teams for alignment. **Key Responsibilities** **Core Business Growth (Insurance & Financial Services)** + Develop acquisition, retention, and cross-sell strategies to expand the core customer base. + Ensure compliance-aligned messaging and brand trust in regulated markets. + Partner with Sales on targeted campaigns for mature products with measurable ROI. + Optimize marketing channels to protect margins and deliver consistent revenue growth. **Emerging SaaS/DaaS Growth** + Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new SaaS/DaaS products. + Build scalable demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and product-led growth (PLG) programs. + Partner with Product and Customer Success to drive adoption, onboarding, and upsell/cross-sell motions. + Lead market research and competitive positioning, and influence pricing/packaging strategies. **Brand & Portfolio Strategy** + Steward the UPS Digital brand within target markets, ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards. + Create a compelling brand narrative that resonates in both regulated and digital-first markets. + Lead the marketing aspects of transitioning from multiple sub-brands to a unified UPS Digital identity. **Data-Driven Marketing Excellence** + Establish BU-specific analytics, dashboards, and attribution models tying marketing spend to ROI. + Foster a culture of testing, learning, and rapid iteration. + Leverage insights to refine targeting, messaging, and customer engagement. **Team Leadership & Capability Building** + Build and develop a high-impact, digital-first marketing team with expertise in SaaS, digital analytics, content, and lifecycle marketing. + Promote collaboration between regulated-market specialists and SaaS-native marketers. + Encourage agility, accountability, and innovation in a growth-focused environment. **Partnerships & Influence** + Act as a key voice for UPS Digital’s growth story internally and externally. + Build strategic alliances with industry partners, platforms, and tech ecosystems. + Support executive-level communications for the board, investors, and industry events. **Key Outcomes in the First 12–18 Months** + Launch and scale marketing programs for new SaaS/DaaS products, achieving targeted ARR and adoption metrics. + Deliver YoY growth in the core insurance portfolio while improving margin contribution. + Successfully roll out the unified UPS Digital brand identity across all BU touchpoints. + Establish a BU-level marketing performance framework integrating both legacy and SaaS KPIs. + Build a high-performing marketing team aligned to the BU’s dual-growth mandate. **Qualifications** + 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, with significant experience in both regulated industries and SaaS/DaaS. + Proven track record of driving double-digit YoY growth in a business unit or product line. + Expertise in growth metrics (ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, net revenue retention). + Experience leading marketing in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment within a larger enterprise. + Strong change leadership skills, with success in brand unification or market repositioning. + Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills. + Minium travel up to 30% to Atlanta, GA (regular) **Preferred:** + MBA or equivalent advanced degree. + Experience in enterprise sales models, demand generation, and PLG strategies. + Board and investor communication experience. **Additional Information for Internal Applicants:** + Pay Grade: 50C in USA + Internal Posting Expires: August 29, 2025 at 11:59pm ET **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Other Criteria:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
