Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with broader business goals.
Advise leadership on the financial impact of strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
Lead long-term financial planning and scenario modeling to support growth and sustainability.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Direct the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Deliver clear, data-driven insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Create and present financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Oversight
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and inspire a finance team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to align financial goals with departmental objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and professional growth.
Corporate Development & Transactions
Support capital allocation decisions and financial due diligence for potential acquisitions.
Lead post-transaction integration efforts to ensure financial alignment and reporting accuracy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced degree (MBA, etc.) preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
Deep understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and FP&A.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial systems and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $205000.00/yr.
