As a Vice President Experience Design within the design system team, you blend deep technical expertise with design skills to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions. You will empower our design organization by developing Figma plugins and architecting AI stacks, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to impact financial products and customer experiences.

Job responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain internal tools and AI-powered applications for the design organizationLead development of Figma plugins and web-based design tools using React and TypeScriptBuild relationships with design leads and stakeholders to drive adoption of the design systemDevelop and execute design and research strategies aligned with business objectives and user needsLead end-to-end design initiatives, including wireframes, prototypes, and service flowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Five years of experience in user experience design, design technology, or similar rolesAdvanced proficiency in Figma plugin development, React, and TypeScriptExperience architecting and maintaining AI stacks on cloud platformsAbility to create visual representations of user journeys, including wireframes and prototypesExperience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelinesAdvanced technical literacy in client-side technologies, APIs, and microservicesStrong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design rationale
