Develop and implement content design strategies for multiple products and services, aligning with business objectives.Lead strategically important initiatives, driving innovative solutions to complex problems.Create and optimize content models and taxonomies to design intuitive and highly usable product content architecture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency and optimal content architecture.Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience, ensuring seamless, positive interactions throughout the customer journey.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5+ years of experience in content design, with a focus on fostering inclusive and intuitive digital experiences.Expertise in content architecture, organizing and structuring content to enhance user experience.Demonstrated expertise in written and verbal storytelling, crafting clear, engaging content.Experience leading strategically important initiatives and driving innovative solutions.Advanced technical literacy and deep understanding of content platforms and their impact on user experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in user experience design, particularly in fostering inclusive and intuitive digital experiences.Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Ability to drive customer experience and inclusive design efforts.Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
