Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Developer within our Transformation Team, your role will be focusing on supporting our growing Automation Platform for COS and managing a growing team of automation developers. You will have direct responsibility in developing the automation tools, building technical expertise, process re-engineering and accountability for the execution of tools. This role is heavily invested as a support role in execution of the COS Transformation and Product Execution agenda and will continue to evolve as business needs grow.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead development of UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, and Python automation initiativesManage the Automation Development Team for COS, ensuring ongoing tool enhancementsCollaborate on new platform and technology initiatives supporting COSSupport controls and governance to ensure audit-readiness of automation effortsDevelop complex automation solutions from scripting to post-implementation careProvide technical mentoring and coaching for junior team membersEnhance team technical capabilities and foster continuous learningVisualize and communicate data for automation initiativesDevelop firmwide standard automation using UiPath, Alteryx, and TableauInspire a culture of innovation and technology executionReview large-scale initiatives and contribute to future-state strategyRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities
3 years’ experience in holding a position of Senior Developer, technical mentoring, technical development coach or at similar capacityMinimum of 5 years’ solid experience in coding scripting and strong knowledge about development life cycle for UiPathProven experience in building capabilities and expertise of an automation configuration Holding strong technical backroad for Alteryx, Tableu, PhytonExcellent communication skills both written and verbalDemonstrated, consistent executive presence with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs in the COS organizationPreferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
Holding good technical network of vendors for industry leading tools such as UiPath, Alteryx, Tableu, PhytonTechnical certification in automation toolsTechnical certification for project delivery such as ITIL, PMP, PSM, Product OwnerBackground in Consultancy or Service Delivery for automation to a financial organizationGraduate of Computer related courseInternal Application Eligibility Requirements
TENURE:
Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement. Specific roles require longer tenure in current position to be eligible to apply. Unless established for specific positions by the line of business, the standard tenure requirement is 12 months.
PERFORMANCE:
Meets satisfactory performance standards as defined by the firm
