Vice President- Asset Management - Product Manager Sales Experience Platform (Service Cloud )

Job Responsibilities 

Lead the entire product lifecycle, from planning to execution and continuous improvement.Manage risk and achieve ambitious business growth targets.Inspire, coach, and mentor a high-performing product team.Champion best practices in solution design, market research, prototyping, and product adoption.Be accountable for product performance and invest in enhancements that deliver business value.Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Build strong partnerships with business leaders to drive adoption and maximize impact.Own and drive the Service Cloud implementation roadmap, including email-to-case and channel integration.Build seamless integrations between sales and service organizations using Salesforce features.Optimize workflows and enhance customer experience through digital channel and voice channel integration.Collaborate globally with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Demonstrate relevant experience delivering innovative products, projects, or technology applications.Show a strong track record of driving transformation and business growth.Possess deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, especially Service Cloud.Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and successful deployments.Architect solutions that automate workflows and boost agent productivity.Translate complex AI concepts into actionable sales strategies.Influence and drive adoption of product lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.Lead organizational change and manage stakeholders across functions and geographies.Drive alignment and execution across teams.Work cross-functionally and globally with diverse product and business teams.Deliver seamless user experiences and impactful solutions.
