Vice President – Cobrand Product Strategy

Job Summary:
As a Vice President Cobrand Product Strategy in the Product Team, you set the strategic direction for our cobrand credit card portfolio and drive product innovation across partner brands. You champion platform strategies that enable scalable, reusable solutions and accelerate speed to market. You empower cross-functional teams, foster technology autonomy, and ensure our products align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Champion initiatives that accelerate speed to market and technology autonomyFoster adoption of modern engineering practices and platform capabilitiesPartner with product and customer experience teams to drive automation and eliminate manual processesIdentify and execute platform product strategies for scalable, reusable solutionsCollaborate with technology and business teams to deliver rapid product development and integrationConduct analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices and opportunities for improvementLead competitive benchmarking and leverage insights to inform product strategyDevelop business cases with Finance and Analytics partnersImplement scorecards and reporting tools to track product performanceDeliver executive updates and strategic recommendations to leadership forumsFacilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

5-7+ years in product strategy, product management, or related fieldsExperience in financial services or payments preferredProven experience developing and executing platform product strategiesTrack record in agile product development and software delivery lifecycleDemonstrated success in accelerating speed to market and empowering technology teamsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategyExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentationsExperience launching consumer-facing digital products with a focus on user experienceExperience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldMBA or advanced degree preferred

Familiarity with Chase business services and cobrand credit card offeringsEntrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovationFinancial acumen and experience developing business casesProficiency with data visualization tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing analyticsExperience in change management and driving adoption of new processes and technologiesStrong customer-centric focus and ability to translate customer needs into product solutions
