**Structured Product Groups (SPG)** provides asset backed lending, capital markets, financing, secondary trading liquidity and sales, distribution to institutional clients.
**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Products (SPG) Syndicate Desk
**In this role, you will:**
+ Develop and coordinate the distribution strategy for ABS, CMBS, CLO and RMBS transactions in conjunction with partners in banking, sales, and trading
+ Represent Wells Fargo in pitching for and securing new business opportunities including lead roles on future transactions
+ Work closely with SPG banking and sales to coordinate coverage of both issuers and investors
+ Regularly provide market data and updates to internal and external counterparties
+ Coordinate with internal parties including banking, sales, trading, middle office and compliance to ensure seamless execution
**Required Qualifications, US:**
+ 5+ years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Deep knowledge of financial markets including a robust understanding of ABS, CMBS, CLO, RMBS securities
+ Proven client relationships with structured products issuers and investors and an ability to develop new relationships
+ Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
+ Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
+ Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving landscape
+ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel up to 40% or as needed
+ Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
+ Ability to work additional hours as needed
+ Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
+ This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
