Vice President, Strategic Partnerships Product Lead

As the Strategic Partnerships Product Lead in the Strategic Partnerships Center of Excellence, you will be a high-performing and effective team member, responsible for managing a complex partnership roadmap and developing, refining, and implementing partner benefit capabilities. This role provides an opportunity to shape partner benefit strategy within a key business of Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, strategic partnerships, and a proven track record of launching programs at scale.
Job responsibilities
Partnership Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the strategic product roadmap for partner benefits, managing the prioritization of new partnership integrations, partner value capabilities, and enhancements to existing partnership delivery models Go To Market Strategy: Work cross-functionally to determine integration models for partnership prospects, lead the technical launch of new partnerships, and implement improvements to existing partnership integrations Partner Experience Strategy: Analyze partner experiences to identify best practices and develop strategies for more seamless engagement with partner benefits and attribution in partner channels Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate product strategies, timelines, and deliverables Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and make data-driven decisions.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in product management and strategic partnerships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
