Job Description:
The VP, Infrastructure Segment Technology Enablement (STE) will provide enterprise leadership through business leadership committees. Shape the future of the business by enabling best in class solutions. Accountabilities, Dept and Scope:
Accountable for overall execution of Platforms & Segment Infrastructure and app deploy requirements (~$150MM - FY'25)Accountabilities include:Infrastructure architecture & design aligned with business objectives and adhering to engineering standardsEnd to end delivery of all infrastructure builds including coordination across teams in direct and indirect mgmt chainApplication deployment and automation engineering to manage and drive promotion of code through the environment in accordance with enterprise release management processesDrive adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code to simplify and accelerate deployemntsPost production support of infra build and app deploymentResponsible for ensuring all infrastructure capabilities are delivered with consistency, reliability and speed while maintaining security and resiliency requirements commensurate with a GSIB bankResponsible for understanding and translating business needs and driving them into infrastructure capability roadmapsResponsible for articulating the overall consumption of infrastructure and engineering capabilities and driving efficient use of assets to reduce cost and increase utilizationResponsible for global workforce across all accountabilities focused on business outcomes, speed, scale and continuous improvementAccountable for driving transformational change and a culture of innovation, agility, risk management and proactively leveraging technology to drive segment and enterprise goalsDevelop and implement a talent strategy to retain/recruit appropriate skillset, including actionable succession plans and a strong bench.Skills, Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure leadership within the financial services or related industry·Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a regulatory and risk-focused environment.In depth knowledge of Core banking Infrastructure Experience of executing large scale transformations and managing vendor ecosystemsStrong analytical skills and experience working with data and technology-driven solutions for risk management.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Certifications such as ITIL and Cloud are a plusWho We Are:
