**Job Title** Vice President, Global Investigations **Job Description Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced and pragmatic VP of Global Investigations. This role requires an individual who has impeccable judgement, the ability to resolve complex investigations, and lead a global investigations team. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities + Lead and manage a global team of investigators, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence. + Oversee and conduct high-quality, independent investigations into serious allegations of misconduct, ensuring adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct, and global legal/regulatory requirements. + Draft detailed investigation reports and present findings, recommendations, and remediation measures to senior leaders. + Remain respectful, diplomatic, and pragmatic in the face of difficult and uncomfortable situations surrounding investigations. + Compile investigation data and prepare presentations for various stakeholders, including the Audit Committee. + Analyze investigation data to determine trends and areas of ethics & compliance risk. Requirements + Substantial experience (15+ years) in managing and conducting complex/privileged investigations, preferably in a corporate environment. + Experience investigating a breadth of compliance matters (e.g., anti-bribery, trade compliance, conflicts of interest). + Experience managing a team of investigators. + Excellent organizational and analytical skills, in addition to a demonstrated record of cross-functional collaboration. + Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to prepare and deliver clear and concise executive presentations. + Professional presence and ability to interact effectively with executive management. + Capable of inspiring trust and confidence through effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees at all levels of the Company. + Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressures. + Ability to work effectively in a global environment, including an understanding of cultural differences. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
