Job OverviewIn this role, you’re expected to:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President - Project Lead to join our Fund Operations Change team. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of operational improvements within the Fund Services area across Middle Office, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency. The VP - Project Lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This position requires a strong understanding of fund services operations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
The Project Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience on significant client change or implementation programs, preferably within Fund Operations/Investor Services spaceWorking experience and/or expertise around local/APAC landscape, environment, and specificsProven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budgetContinuous improvement and transformation-related skillset and mindset with proven track record of the sameExcellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Stakeholders’ management skills, ability to build long-term relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams
