**Job Description Summary**
As the Vendor Performance and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of external vendors into our organization's operations. Your primary objective is to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to assess, monitor, and enhance vendor performance, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements. By overseeing vendor relationships and performance metrics, you will contribute to the optimization of operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and the overall success of our organization.
**Job Description**
Key Responsibilities:
**Vendor Performance Management**
+ Develop and implement a robust vendor performance management framework to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of vendor partnerships.
+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
+ Create, maintain, and lead the delivery of policies, standards, procedures, communication, and training content and strategies to support and sustain the vendor management initiatives.
**Compliance Oversight**
+ Ensure vendors comply with contractual agreements, industry regulations, and internal policies.
+ Partner with inspector team / lead to verify vendor compliance with established standards and promptly address any identified non-compliance issues.
**Relationship Building**
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to foster collaboration, transparency, and mutual success
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding performance expectations and compliance matters
**Risk Management**
+ Identify potential risks associated with vendor relationships and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess the impact of vendor related risks on business operations and implement necessary safeguards.
+ Provide insight to client and leadership on current vendor relationships, including spend, relationship health and vendor performance, as well as providing mitigation options for any vendor-related issues and risks.
**Contract Management**
+ Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
+ Monitor contract terms and conditions, initiating contract reviews and renewals as needed.
+ Ensure Vendor compliance on Contract, COI and PO and timely loaded in Service edge system
Other Responsibilities
+ Ensure data accuracy with respect to Vendor Performance and Compliance
+ Facilitate Vendor Onboarding Training and track appropriately
+ Facilitate re-occurring meetings with key vendors
+ Facility Quarterly Account vendor town halls
+ Develop metrics and analyze improvement opportunities manage vendor performance and compliance ensuring that CW achieves its compliance goals.
+ Develop Vendor Management Playbook in vendor performance and compliance
+ Help improve vendor recognition program and town hall programs
+ Develop necessary dashboard/ report on vendor performance & compliance
+ Support VMP Vendor Life Cycle program/activities
+ Perform other duties assigned as VMP evolves/aligns with Client objective
Performance Objectives

+ Improvement on vendor performance YOY
+ Timely completion of VMP programs related to Compliance and Vendor Performance
+ Recognize and drive improvement opportunities

Qualifications
+ Candidate should possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management or a related field.
+ Proven experience in vendor management, compliance, and risk assessment within a dynamic business environment.
+ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to vendor relationships and corporate real estate.
+ 5+ years’ experience working in Vendor Management
+ Experience in vendor systems
+ Experience in Facilities Management or In-Directs Category management
+ Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation
+ Advanced computer and office software skills is required
+ Demonstrated leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $93,500.00 - $110,000.00
