Job Description
As a Vendor Master Data Analyst you will be responsible for accurately managing, maintaining, and enhancing vendor information within the company’s ERP system. This role ensures data integrity across multiple regions while supporting smooth and compliant accounts payable operations.Responsibilities:
Swift and professional resolution of supplier & internal customer queries
Liaising with the invoice processing and payment teams to ensure smooth running of Accounts Payable process
Train new employees on VMD creation through the completion of a standard form
Create, update, maintain vendor master records;
Create, update, maintain vendor master records for Concur(employees) vendors
Create, update maintain bank templates (preformats) in Citi and other banks
Handling urgent VMD creation requests where necessary
Escalate issues to Purchase Ledger Supervisor/Manager
Performs other duties as assigned by Purchase Ledger supervisor/Finance Manager
Assist in additional year end processes and to support the year end audit preparation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a multinational environment.
Fluency in English.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience in accounts payable
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
