Vendor Compliance Coordinator (Hybrid)

This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of Belk’s Vendor Compliance programs. This role works with internal supply chain, sourcing, and merchandising teams as well as directly with vendors to meet operational and quality expectations.
Essential Functions:
Uphold integrity of vendor compliance portal through data review and validationProduce and develop monthly reporting for internal partnersMaintain vendor exemptions and chargeback codesProvide explanation of policies and backup materials to vendor as part of dispute management. Escalate vendor concerns to management as necessaryCoordinate vendor meetings and calls as neededWork cross-functionally to maintain vendor compliance documentation and guidelines as business needs evolveSupport process improvement initiatives to streamline decision-making and information flow between vendors and internal partnersEducation:
BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Operations/Logistics and/or equivalent experience required Experience with retail compliance programs preferredWork Experience:
1-3 years of experience in related field preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Self-motivated, able to collaborate with others, accountable for results Excellent organization skills and attention to detailAbility to work with large datasets and performance metricsBasic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsFamiliarity with supply chain concepts such as purchase orders, distribution, and logistics flowsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to prioritize workload and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environmentExposure to supplier portals or enterprise B2B platforms preferredBasic knowledge of data analytics tools (SQL, Alteryx, etc) preferred#LI-CM1
