This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, forklift experience, and a solid understanding of shipping procedures and inventory systems. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and timely coordination with vendors and carriers. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate LTL and UPS shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials + Assist with wrapping, labeling, and preparing outgoing shipments + Operate forklifts to move, weigh, and count materials (includes performing daily inspections) + Create and manage purchase orders, packing lists, and load sheets in TCM + Confirm incoming receipts and update reports in TCM + Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and handle weekly purchasing + Track and log parts, fuel receipts, and trip reports + Complete and prioritize daily pull lists Qualifications: + Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operation experience + Familiarity with TCM or similar inventory systems + Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment + Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office To apply for these openings; please email cross@careerpros.com or call 563.556.3040 today!
