Our client, an innovative organization dedicated to maintaining and supporting a dynamic fleet, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be an essential part of the Base Operations supporting fleet readiness and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: East Liberty, OH

Pay Range: $40.54/hr. 
Schedule: Mon-Fri 6 am-2:30 pm 

What's the Job?

Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road usage. Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure fleet readiness. Coordinate and drive the repair process, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports. Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace, ensuring an organized and efficient environment.

What's Needed?

Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair methods, tools, and materials. Minimum of 2 - 4 years of technician experience in a related field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a responsible work ethic.
