Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, is looking for new team players, who would like to join our team as:

VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:

Resetting the maintenance wheel for all vehicles, ensuring that plans are made regarding Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections, Periodical Maintenance and smaller periodical services

Assisting the local teams by providing maintenance overview and compliance reports

Ensure that DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) defects are captured, and path of action is in accordance with our procedures

Preparing daily regional DVIR overview

To admin the maintenance systems, keeping the MasterData and documentation up to date

Collaborating with other parties involved – services centers, maintenance team, fuel planning team, etc.

Main requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field will be considered as an advantage

At least 1 year of relevant work experience will be considered as an advantage

Fluent English (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.)

Willingness to shape a new department to build world class structure and execution

Very good communication and collaboration skills

Precise, organized and stress resistant personality

Comfortable working evening hours

Improvement driven and good team player
