Ensure the timely supply of painted pickup boxes to meet production schedules, maintaining efficient material flow and supporting uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Availability assurance: Monitor painted box performance and manage inventory to secure on-time deliveries.
Production alignment: Track vehicle orders vs. box orders to achieve daily production targets.
Planning & coordination: Analyze production schedules and align material procurement with demand.
Risk management: Identify supply chain disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.
Cross-functional collaboration: Maintain effective communication with logistics and production planning teams to optimize material flow.
Agile response: Coordinate with logistics and transportation to expedite shipments when required.
Performance visibility: Prepare and present KPI reports on delivery reliability and material flow efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably in the automotive industry. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
