Overall Purpose of the Vehicle Auditor\n
Ensure customer satisfaction by performing in-depth inspection of vehicles released from Customer Acceptance Line (CAL) ready for Vehicle Distribution \n
Reports to\n
Site Manager\n
Responsibilities\n
(To include but not limited to the following)\n
Client Relationship & Business Development\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel\nSupport daily customer meeting with customer Team Leaders\nSupport customer audits as necessary for final customer buyoff of vehicles\nEnsure detailed instruction around audit scores, other activities and escalations are communicated at start of shift\/shift handover\nEnsure all company and customer guidelines are upheld\n\n
Operations\n\nPerform an in-depth inspection audit of ultimate series vehicles released from production line including legislation compliance inspection, paint inspection, exterior\/interior fit and finish inspection, vehicle function check, etc...\nInspect vehicle reworks to ensure they have been completed to a satisfactory standard\nComply with all TRIGO and site-specific customer policies\nCommunicate any deviations\/quality notifications from established instructions\nMake independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs\nSign off vehicles and release them back to customer\nFinal buyoff of car post detail and wrap where applicable\nDocument and report and health and safety concerns\nComply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\n
Organization & Management\n\nFacilitate communication of information within and between workgroups\nSupport the collection of data from database for use in daily meetings and daily startups\nAssist in maintaining a 5S\/6S working environment\n\n
Technical\n\nCollect and maintain company reports and data\nUtilize company web portals to record required audits and documentation\nSupport benchmarking activities as business needs require\n\n
