Job Description A large pharmaceutical client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team remotely. This person will support the organization by eliciting and documenting requirements, building a shared understanding of complex business processes and coordinating communication among the various groups. Essential responsibilities include: -Serve as the primary SME for Veeva Quality modules related to Supplier Management and External Audits -Support and optimize workflows including Supplier Onboarding, SQM, and SCAR -Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system updates -Troubleshoot issues, perform impact assessments, and guide teams through appropriate change control processes -Drive enhancements, configuration updates, and release activities in alignment with business needs -Provide documentation, training, and clear communication to ensure adoption across business teams -Prepare business friendly presentations and status updates for senior leadership -Ensure all work adheres to GxP, compliance, and validated system standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an IT Business analyst; creating requirements, design documents and test scripts • Core Veeva Expertise Required (Hands on configuration and/or business process experience in): • SQM (Supplier Quality Management) • SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) workflows • Supplier Onboarding • External Auditing modules and related objects • Experience with Microsoft Visio, Jira, and Confluence • Possesses soft skills around taking initiative and facilitating • Competency to meet and communicate with senior leaders of the organization • Ability to document and challenge team members to think big picture • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
