Our VAT team is technology oriented and supports various projects in addition to our VAT compliance activity across EMA. **Your role:** + Support/Coordinate the implementation of tax technology tools and other tools that have impact on VAT-related processes, ERP implementations (especially SAP S4), e-invoicing implementation and the change management of such tools, projects and ERPs (various ERPs, including Oracle and SAP versions). + Work closely with various Flowserve teams to support the execution of projects, tax configuration changes and process changes from a VAT perspective. + Assist the EMA VAT manager with inhouse VAT advisory activities (e.g. contract review, investigating and analyzing transactional background information for VAT treatment assessment, keeping contact with external advisors). + Communicate with (regional) controllers and local business partners about VAT queries, developments. + Support the VAT compliance transition/migration from local sites to the VAT team and the expansion of our team. **Your profile:** + A college/university degree in finance/accounting + 5 -10 years of relevant experience at a BSC or at a consulting firm (Big4 or other large accounting firms) + Fluent in English both in writing and verbally, German language skills are a plus + Experience with ERPs and preferably with tax technology tools + Strong ability to gather, organize and analyze data + Good troubleshooting skills + Accurate and highly organized with a focus on details + Continuous improvement mindset, able to flexibly cope with process changes + Excellent team player **What we can offer you:** + Competitive salary and bonus scheme + Career development and training opportunity + The chance to get to know a number of ERPs and technology tools relating to automatization. + Life, accident and health insurance + Cafeteria package + Friendly multicultural environment and team events _If this sounds like you and you are interested in a growth mindset role with a global leader in the fluid control industry, then click APPLY with your English CV and one of our Talent Acquisition team with get in touch with you very soon._ Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
