JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
Serve as a clinical and technical advisor for OCT and coronary physiology through on-site case support, product presentations, and educational programs in targeted accounts Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support clinical adoption Share field practices and insights with team managerCORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain expert-level PCIO clinical competencyAccelerate customer clinical competency for OCT and PhysiologyProvide expert clinical case guidanceEngage in procedural and technical discussionsCoach and train physicians and clinical staff toward self-sufficiencyExecute customer and internal educational programsResolve technical and system-related issuesCoordinate equipment installation and initial useDeliver clinical updates and product messagesComply with Code of Conduct, Regulatory, and Quality proceduresMINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED :
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interface with customers and KOLsSolid understanding of CAD, anatomy, PCI proceduresOCT and Physiology product knowledgeAbility to drive clinical adoptionEducation program planning and execution skillsProficient in English and local languageNo restrictions on business travelEXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED :
3 or more years of experience in the cardiovascular medical device industry is preferredPrior Cath Lab experience (TN or RN) is a plusBachelor’s degreeCardiovascular medical device industry knowledge Proficient English and presentation skills Strong communication skills
