VAS Change Management Analyst Job ID 225881 Posted 26-Jun-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Valuations/Appraisal Location(s) Dallas - Texas - United States of America, Richardson - Texas - United States of America **About The Role:** As a CBRE Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, supporting training activities, and inspiring change for business and technology transformation projects within Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS). **What You'll Do:** + Understand the process implications of change and work with Digital & Technology and business teams. + Assist with developing strategies for programs and projects. Ensure supporting deliverables are being met. + Provide solutions to improve the productivity, efficiency, and adaptability of the business. + Work with managers and impacted partners to mitigate any risks, identify change barriers, and devise strategies to overcome the barriers. + Implement practices that are applied throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results. + Verify alignment of the change plan with project plans and platform roadmaps. + Apply best practices to ensure a consistent and repeatable change management approach is embedded in program(s) and projects. + Develop solutions and identify the resources and subject areas needed to implement change. + Work with product managers and internal partners to support their efforts in leading projects for success. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish robust assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operations, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategies and training needs. + Report on the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Ability to take a new point of view on existing solutions. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with collaborators at all levels.
