What you will do: + Oversee all aspects of production, including manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. + Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and deliver products that meet quality standards and customer requirements. + Monitor and manage cost center budgets, identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings, and strategic investments in technology and process improvements. + Develop and execute short- and long-term workforce and capital plans to support operational growth and sustainability. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and promote a culture of excellence. _Level II & III (in addition to the above):_ + Set operational priorities to meet both short- and long-term business goals. + Prepare, monitor, and manage departmental expense budgets to achieve financial and operational targets. + Drive strategic initiatives that position the operation as a world-class, cost-effective production environment. What you will need: _Level I:_ + Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). + 5+ years of progressive experience leading teams and projects of significant size and scope. _Level II:_ + Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). + 7+ years of operations and management experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. _Level III:_ + Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). + 8+ years of operations and management experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Skills, Experience & Abilities + **Operations Leadership** : Strong foundation in production management, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational safety + **Continuous Improvement** : Experience implementing or leading Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement initiatives. + **Team Development** : Proven ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performing teams. + **Business Strategy** : Skilled at aligning operations with organizational goals to achieve long-term growth and efficiency. + **Technical Proficiency** : Proficient in data analysis, production systems, and standard business software.
