**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee all departments and manage daily operations within our plant. This role involves coordinating manufacturing priorities, ensuring continuous improvement, and facilitating communication across all shifts. **Responsibilities** + Oversee all departments with two Group Leads, one in Assembly and one in the plant value stream. + Manage daily operations and continuous improvement in supply chain, production control, and manufacturing priorities. + Coordinate between all shifts to ensure seamless operations. + Assist the Value Stream Manager in creating continuous product flow, utilizing pull systems, and leveling workload. + Establish a foundation for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards. + Cross-train employees to promote versatility and flexibility in roles. + Manage scheduling to optimize productivity and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 3-5 years' management or supervisory experience + Experience in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management, and inventory control + Experience in assessing and developing team skills while promoting safety + Strong written and verbal communication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a vibrant work culture with regular employee events, such as monthly food trucks and giveaways.
